Properties:
(1)Bactericidal capacity:
TCC is a high-duty, wide-spectrum bacteriostastic agent.
It has fine compatiblity with skin or fiber, and high effects
on inhabiting and killing gram-positive, gram-negative bacteria,
funguns and virus. It has long effect with small dosage. It has been widely used as an active antibacterial composition in series of cosmetics, mouth-tending agents, cleaning agents, medical disinfectants and medical products through several decades.
(2) Stability
Compared with traditional chlorine and oxygen system bactericide, TCC has the outstanding merits, that is, it has fine stability and compatibleness.
(3) Solution
It can not be dissolved by water with great effort, but by alcohol dilution and non-ionic surfactants.

Product Application:
1. Appliance field:
(1) Washing powder with the dilution of TCC can kill pathogenic
bacteria and get rid of bad odors because of bacteria's
multiply.
(2) If TCC is added in deodorant soap, it can be used by
doctors, patients, and foods producers for washing hands.
As a result, it can reduce cross-infection, body odors,
perspiration odors and protest sexual diseases.
(3) If TCC is added in rinsing water and toothpastes, it
can also eliminate gum infection, halitosis, and gym, with
fine mouth sensation.
(4) If it is added in foot-tending agent, it can delete
foot odor and prevent foot-rotten.
(5) If it is added in face-emulsion and cleansers, it can
kill bad bacteria and finish both processes at the same
time for cleaning skin and prevention acne.
(6) If it is added in prickly heat powder, it can prevent
infants' skin from prickly heat and skin disease.
(7) If it is added in shampoo, it can prevent head scraping
and furfuration. In addition to, TCC can be used in antibacterial
towel, cleaning tissues, wound paste and so on. TCC has
good adheres ion with fiber. It can be added in antibacterial
pre-odor fabricates. Crylic acid colophony processed by
TCC will get bactericide and antibacterial crylic acid system

2. Guide of formulation
(1)added in the form of powder
TCC powder can be well dispersed in the product, before
pigment, dye, perfume stuff and other material are incorporated
homogeneously in soap flake, the soap material should be
stabilized. Those affinity hydrophilic materials should
be added at first, then are hydrophobic materials, the normal
adding order is as follow: soup flake, sodium silicate,
antioxidant pigment solution, TIO2, optical brighter, TCC
and perfume stuff, the perfume stuff must be added at taste.
(2) Added in the form of liquid
TCC should be dissolved in suitable liquid, then add the
solution to the formulation; the solubility of TCC in some
non-ionic detergent is about 15-20%. Used in soap, TCC can
be incorporated homogeneously in its raw materials, Used
in washing powder, TCC should be dissolved in AEO7 or AEO9
firstly then mix it with other materials of washing powder.
NOTE
Because TCC can be decomposed at high temperature, the temperature
of the product must under 100C, 50C at best.
